Marco moved to the Roaring Fork Valley from his home country of Switzerland in 1991, settling in Glenwood Springs in 1993. He and his wife are busy running their own companies and raising three daughters. He has been actively involved in the community since 2003 as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner with multiple terms as chairman. His focus laid heavily on finding solutions for the greater good of Glenwood Springs.
Marco earned a degree in woodworking and design from Switzerland and is also a seasoned traveler with many explored locations under his belt. Like many Swiss natives, he is fluent in German and French. In his spare time, when he’s not found working on his train layout, he’s most likely watching a funny movie or cooking up a delicious meal.

Tony moved from New York City to Colorado with his family when he was 9 years old. He grew up in Aspen, went to high school there, and then college at C.U. - Boulder where he majored in History. After working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, Tony went to law school in New York and worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn. Returning to Colorado he practiced law in the Roaring Fork Valley and served one term on the Aspen City Council.
In 2005 Tony joined the District Attorney’s Office where he continues working today. Tony likes to ski, tries to plays golf and lives here with his two Cairn Terriers: Kasey and Waldo.

Shelley Kaup has lived in Glenwood Springs for 30 years. She has spent over 17 years serving the community and this is her third term on City Council. She has a passion for community planning with emphasis on community strength and efficiency. Shelley earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and her M.S. in Sustainable Engineering from Villanova University, Philadelphia, PA. Her work experience includes design engineer, city plans examiner, construction and small business manager, and Sustainability/Efficiency consultant.
Shelley and her husband Dale have three grown sons. She believes Glenwood Springs is the best place to live and raise a family. She enjoys hiking the local trails, soaking at the hot springs and gardening.

Charlie Willman moved to Glenwood Springs in 1976. During that time he has been engaged in the practice of law. Charlie was the first attorney municipal judge for the City when it became a court of record in 1980. Charlie was appointed as the City attorney in June of 1980 and served in that capacity until October of 1984. In 2008, Charlie became a member of the Downtown Development Authority’s Board of Directors and served until 2016, including as its chairperson for most of that time. Charlie was appointed as a member of the Financial Advisory Board and Transportation Commission in late 2016 and served on those until he was elected as a City Council member representing Ward 3 in April of 2019.
Charlie is committed to community service both on City Council and in his private life. Charlie has volunteered to serve on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations and is presently the board chair and a member of Mountain Valley Developmental Services and is a member of River Bridge Regional Center Board. He also was the head coach of the Glenwood Springs Mock Trial program.
Charlie has four children who were raised in Glenwood Springs. Three still reside in the area and one lives in New York. In his spare time, Charlie loves to raft including two trips through the Grand Canyon and annual trips on the Salmon River.

As a sixth generation local, Ingrid's connections to her community are deep; so too is her appreciation for the Roaring Fork Valley. Active in her community, she served as a volunteer Planning and Zoning commissioner for 4 1/2 years and volunteer Mediator with the Garfield County 9th Judicial District. Investing time and energy into her community has always been a priority. She has been a Realtor in the community since 2005, with a brief hiatus when they lived in Bozeman, Montana. Ingrid has a B.A. in Sociology, an M.S. in Public Relations, a Mediation Certificate and ran a bakery in downtown Glenwood.
Ingrid and her husband, Jeremy, feel fortunate to be raising two teenagers, planting gardens and finding adventures in the surrounding mountains with their dog. Glenwood Springs is a great place to call home.
