Online Reporting Agreement

By utilizing the Glenwood Springs Police Department’s Online Reporting System, you agree you fully understand and will fully comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • The information that you document on the report you submit to the Glenwood Springs Police Department is of an official nature, and will be processed by the Glenwood Springs Police Department as an official Police report.
  • By submitting an online report to the Glenwood Springs Police Department, you are making the following representation:
    • Under penalty of perjury, I declare that this report and the information contained herein is true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. I further acknowledge that any intentional false statement, misstatement, or inaccuracy may be a violation of c.r.s. 18-8-111, 18-8-114, or 18-8-502, 503, 504, 505, or other statutes and will result in criminal prosecution.
    • I understand that a representative of the Glenwood Springs Police Department will review the report I am submitting.  Once approved, a Case Number will be generated, and my report will become an official public document.
    • I understand that if I request a Case Number, it may take up to 3 business days to receive.  I understand that if I don’t receive a Case Number within 3 business days, it is my responsibility to contact the Police Department during normal business hours at 970-384-6500 to request one.
